Before you arrive
Please arrive 10 minutes before your facial to fill out a health form and to speak to your esthetician. Should you arrive late, we will make every possible effort to accommodate you during the remaining time of your scheduled appointment.

Do I need to remove my makeup?
No, we’ll do that for you. Just relax, close your eyes and let us look after you.

Do I have to change before my facial?
yes, we ask that you undress at least from the waist up. You will be covered with a sheet and blanket

Who will be giving me my facial?
To ensure the highest-quality skincare, licensed estheticians will be giving you the facial using Skin Script RX Skin Care.

What products do you use in your facials?
Skin Script RX Skin Care is natural, yet clinical skin care designed for anti-aging, hyperpigmentation, melasma, sun damage, teen and adult acne, rosacea. Antioxidants, exfoliants, and natural brighteners are the base of this skin care line to achieve remarkable results.

Will my skin look red afterwards?
Not usually but does depend on the sensitivity of your skin, you may be a little pink after the microdermabrasion or some of the peels. Speak to your esthetician and she can guide you to the appropriate facial to keep your skin calm yet glowing.

Can I wear makeup after my facial?
its best to keep skin clean of makeup for at least 24 hours. If you must wear makeup be sure to cleanse thoroughly afterwards.

Can I bring my boyfriend, husband or tell my male friends?
Yes! Our facials are designed for all skin types and genders.

I am getting married or have a big event, when should I plan on getting a facial?
It's best to schedule your facial treatment 7-10 prior to your event.

How often should I have a facial?
We recommend that you come once a month, depending on your skin and skin care goals

Cancellation policy
We do adhere to a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of full menu price. No shows will be charged 100% of full menu price.

How do I continue the glow at home?
All our products are available for home use .Your esthetician will recommend specific products for your skin type. An at-home regime is just as important as facials in maintaining healthy skin.
